Ingredients:
- 1 package, Mrs. T's Mini Cheddar Pierogies
- 1 Tablespoon olive oil
- 1/8 teaspoon ground thyme
- 1/8 teaspoon ground sage
- 1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 30 slices of turkey (either leftover Thanksgiving turkey, or thick-cut turkey from your local deli)
- 1, 15oz can of cranberry sauce, sliced and then cut into 30 small circles (or shape of your choice)
Directions
- Over medium heat, saute the Mrs. T's Mini Cheddar Pierogies with olive oil until golden brown (follow package directions, about 6-minutes per side)
- Just before taking off, toss the cooked pierogies in the seasonings
- Arrange cooked pierogies on a serving plate
- Top each pierogy with a slice of turkey and a circle of cranberry sauce, and hold it all together with a toothpick
- Serve and enjoy!
