Pierogy Pepperoni Pizza Wreath

Ingredients

Ingredients:
  • 2 packages, Mrs. T's Garlic and Parmesan Pierogies
  • 1, 15oz can of pizza sauce, divided.
  • 1 Cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 Cup mini pepperonis

Directions

  1. Boil both packages of Mrs. T's Garlic and Parmesan Pierogies as directed on the box. Drain when cooked.
  2. Preheat the oven to 400° F.
  3. Grease a 10 or 12-inch oven-safe serving tray (alternate options include a pizza pan or large pie plate).
  4. Arrange the pierogies into a wreath (ring) around a small oven-safe bowl (this will be used for sauce later). Ok if the sides overlap slightly.
  5. Spread pizza sauce on top of pierogies to cover.
  6. Sprinkle with cheese and add pepperonis (or your favorite pizza toppings).
  7. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the pierogies are heated through.
  8. Add the remaining pizza sauce to the center serving bowl, serve, and enjoy!
