Ingredients:
- 2 packages, Mrs. T's Garlic and Parmesan Pierogies
- 1, 15oz can of pizza sauce, divided.
- 1 Cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 Cup mini pepperonis
Directions
- Boil both packages of Mrs. T's Garlic and Parmesan Pierogies as directed on the box. Drain when cooked.
- Preheat the oven to 400° F.
- Grease a 10 or 12-inch oven-safe serving tray (alternate options include a pizza pan or large pie plate).
- Arrange the pierogies into a wreath (ring) around a small oven-safe bowl (this will be used for sauce later). Ok if the sides overlap slightly.
- Spread pizza sauce on top of pierogies to cover.
- Sprinkle with cheese and add pepperonis (or your favorite pizza toppings).
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the pierogies are heated through.
- Add the remaining pizza sauce to the center serving bowl, serve, and enjoy!
