Ingredient note: if desired, serve topped with 1-2 cooked and chopped chicken breasts for additional protein
Ingredients
- 1 1lb box of Mrs. T's Mini Classic Cheddar Pierogies
- 2 hearts of romaine, rinsed, dried, and chopped
- 1 pint cherry tomatoes, halved
- 6 strips of cooked bacon, chopped
- 3/4 cup ranch dressing
Directions
- Boil a large pot of water on the stove. When boiling, cook the Mrs. T's Mini Classic Cheddar Pierogies per package directions (3 minutes). When done, drain and rinse room temperature water.
- While the water boils and the pierogies cook, chop the lettuce, tomatoes, and bacon. Place the chopped ingredients into a large serving bowl and toss with ranch dressing.
- Toss the cooked pierogies into the salad to coat with dressing.
- Serve and enjoy!
