Ingredients
- 2 boxes Garlic & Parmesan Pierogies
- 1-2 Tbsp olive oil
- 2 pounds, 99% lean ground turkey
- 1, 10oz package of steam-in-bag frozen riced cauliflower
- 2, 24oz jars of your favorite marinara sauce
- Optional Topping: parmesan cheese, italian seasoning
Directions
- Steam riced cauliflower in the microwave per package directions.
- Place a large pot of water on the stove and bring to a boil. Per package directions, boil Mrs. T's Garlic & Parmesan Pierogies for 3-minutes and then gently remove from the water, place into a bowl, and set aside.
- While the riced cauliflower is steaming, and the water is coming to a boil, place olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Brown turkey until no pink remains and it is cooked through (the cooked turkey will be a light, whitish color). Spoon off any excess liquid and dispose of it.
- Add cooked cauliflower rice and marinara sauce to the skillet with the browned turkey and mix to combine.
- Serve a generous scoop of the meat sauce over freshly cooked Mrs. T's Garlic & Parmesan Pierogies. Option to add a sprinkle of parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning.
