Ingredients:
- 1 1 lb box of Mrs. T's Classic Onion Pierogies
- 3 cups frozen popcorn chicken
- 2 cups baby carrots, sliced
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- Olive oil
Honey Mustard Sauce:
- 3 tbsp mayo
- 3 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1/8 tsp black pepper
Directions
- Preheat oven to 400ºF.
- Slice baby carrots in half, lengthwise and add to a bowl. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt, pepper, and onion powder.
- Drizzle olive oil onto the sheet pan and then add pierogies, popcorn chicken, and sliced carrots in an even layer. Brush olive oil onto the pierogies. Bake for 20 minutes, flipping halfway to cook evenly on each side.
- While that’s baking, mix together mayo, honey, and dijon mustard to make your honey mustard sauce.
- Take the sheet pan out of the oven. Plate the pierogies, popcorn chicken, and carrots, and serve with a side of honey mustard or drizzle the sauce on top.
