Ingredients:
- 1 1lb box of Mrs. T's Mini 4 Cheese Medley Pierogies
- 27 mini frozen Italian meatballs
- 18 mini whole milk mozzarella balls
- 1 cup tomato sauce
- Fresh basil (36 small-medium sized leaves)
- Parmesan cheese, for topping
- Olive oil
Directions
- In a pan on medium low heat, sauté pierogies in olive oil for 6 minutes on each side.
- While the pierogies are cooking, microwave mini meatballs and tomato sauce until heated through.
- Remove pierogies from pan and begin skewering pierogies, meatballs, mozzarella balls, and fresh basil.
- Top with parmesan cheese before serving.
