Loaded Baked Potato with Chicken Sausage

Ingredients

Ingredients:
  • 1 Bag Mrs. T’s Loaded Baked Potato
  • Sour Cream
  • ½- 1 Cup of barbecue sauce flavor of choice
  • 12 oz pack - Chicken Andouille Sausage
  • Baking Dish
  • Can of Non-Stick Cooking Spray
  • 1 - 2 Tablespoons of Olive Oil
  • 2 Scallions (2 stems sliced)
  • ¼ cup - Bacon Bits

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 400. Spray Baking Dish with cooking spray; then spray front and back of each pierogies. Bake in the oven for 18-20 minutes; turn halfway. Remove from the oven and set aside.
  2. While pierogies are in the oven pour the olive oil into a pan and heat. Add sliced chicken sausage and cook turning to cook on each side (medium heat). Approximately 6 minutes.
  3. Drain sausage and add to pierogy baking dish. Spread chicken sausage across the dish. Add barbecue sauce across the dish as much as desired.
  4. Enjoy
