Ingredients:
- 1 Bag Mrs. T’s Loaded Baked Potato
- Sour Cream
- ½- 1 Cup of barbecue sauce flavor of choice
- 12 oz pack - Chicken Andouille Sausage
- Baking Dish
- Can of Non-Stick Cooking Spray
- 1 - 2 Tablespoons of Olive Oil
- 2 Scallions (2 stems sliced)
- ¼ cup - Bacon Bits
Directions
- Heat oven to 400. Spray Baking Dish with cooking spray; then spray front and back of each pierogies. Bake in the oven for 18-20 minutes; turn halfway. Remove from the oven and set aside.
- While pierogies are in the oven pour the olive oil into a pan and heat. Add sliced chicken sausage and cook turning to cook on each side (medium heat). Approximately 6 minutes.
- Drain sausage and add to pierogy baking dish. Spread chicken sausage across the dish. Add barbecue sauce across the dish as much as desired.
