Ingredients:
- 1 lb box of Mrs. T's Feta & Spinach Pierogies
- 1 tbsp olive oil, for sautéing
- 1/3 cup grape tomatoes
- 1/4 cup Persian cucumbers (or your favorite cucumber variety)
- 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
- Sour cream, for topping
- Fresh dill, for topping
Directions
- Sauté pierogies in olive oil on medium heat for 8 minutes on both sides.
- While the pierogies are cooking, slice the grape tomatoes and cucumbers.
- Place the cooked pierogies on a serving dish and top with sliced tomatoes, sliced cucumbers, and crumbled feta cheese. Drizzle sour cream and garnish with fresh dill.
