Ingredients:
- 1 box Mini 4 Cheese Medley Mrs. T's® Pierogies
- 1 10.5oz can of condensed cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup whole milk
- 1 cup chicken, cubed
- 2 cups broccoli
- 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1/4 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/8 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated
- 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375ºF. Cut broccoli into small pieces and slice raw chicken breast into cubes.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the can of condensed cream of chicken soup with milk and seasonings. Reserve 1/2 cup of this mixture for later. Then, add in the chicken and broccoli.
- Pour the mixture into a baking dish, pour in the mini pierogies, and then the reserved sauce. Top with parmesan and cheddar cheese.
- Bake on 375º for 22 minutes. Then, broil on high for 4 minutes, or until the cheese is golden brown.
