Ingredients:
- 1 2lb Family Size bag Mrs. T's 4 Cheese Medley Pierogies
- 1/2 lb ground beef
- 1 1/4 cup tomato sauce
- 3/4 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1/2 tsp Italian Seasoning
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- Olive oil
Directions
- Preheat oven to 400ºF.
- Brown ground beef in a pan on medium heat with a drizzle of olive oil. Then, add 1 cup of tomato sauce, 1/2 cup sharp cheddar cheese, Italian seasoning, onion powder, garlic powder, and black pepper.
- Evenly spread 1/4 cup of tomato sauce in the bottom of a baking pan. Then, add the pierogies in an even layer. Top with the ground beef mixture and 1/4 cup of shredded cheese.
- Bake on 400º for 18 minutes.
