Ingredients:
  • 1 Bag- Mrs. T’s 4 Cheese Medley Family Size
  • 1 pound - Bonesless Skinless Chicken Tenderloins
  • 10 oz - Broccoli Florets
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Other seasonings of choice.

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 400. Spray Baking Dish with cooking spray; then spray front and back of each pierogies. Bake in the oven for 18-20 minutes; turn halfway. Remove from the oven and set aside.
  2. Rinse uncooked chicken, pat dry, season with salt and pepper to taste. Coat with Olive Oil. Bake uncovered on 400 for 25-30 minutes. Cook through. Once ready cut chicken tenderloins into small pieces then place in baking dish with the pierogies.
  3. Steam Broccoli and place florets in baking dish spread throughout with cooked chicken and pierogies
