Mini Pierogy Sausage and Cranberry Stuffing is a sweet and savory stuffing experience. This hearty recipe combines Mrs. T’s Mini 4 Cheese Medley Pierogies with ground sausage, tender vegetables, and tangy dried cranberries, making it the perfect side dish for any holiday feast or family dinner.

- 1 box Mrs. T’s Mini 4 Cheese Medley Pierogies
- 1 lb ground sausage
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 2 celery stalks, finely chopped
- 1 ½ cups chicken broth
- 6 oz stuffing mix
- ½ cup dried cranberries
- Parsley, garnish
- Gravy, optional
Directions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F.
- In a stockpot over medium heat, cook the ground sausage until browned and cooked through. Remove the sausage from the pot and set aside, leaving any rendered fat in the pot.
- In the same pot, add the butter. Once melted, add the chopped onion and celery. Sauté until the vegetables are softened.
- Once the onion and celery are cooked through, add the chicken broth and bring it to a boil.
- Stir in the stuffing mix, and when the chicken broth is almost all absorbed, fold in Mrs. T’s Mini 4 Cheese Medley Pierogies, sausage, and dried cranberries, mixing well to combine.
- Immediately transfer the stuffing mixture to the baking dish, cover with foil, and bake for 30 minutes.
- Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes, or until the top is golden brown.
- Garnish with parsley and a side of gravy, if desired.
