Ingredients:
  • 1 box Mini 4 Cheese Medley Mrs. T's® Pierogies
  • 1 10.5oz can of condensed cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 1 cup chicken, cubed
  • 2 cups broccoli
  • 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/4 tsp onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/8 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375ºF. Cut broccoli into small pieces and slice raw chicken breast into cubes.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the can of condensed cream of chicken soup with milk and seasonings. Reserve 1/2 cup of this mixture for later. Then, add in the chicken and broccoli.
  3. Pour the mixture into a baking dish, pour in the mini pierogies, and then the reserved sauce. Top with parmesan and cheddar cheese.
  4. Bake on 375º for 22 minutes. Then, broil on high for 4 minutes, or until the cheese is golden brown.
