Ingredients:
- 1 2lb Family Size bag of Mrs. T's Classic Cheddar Pierogies
- 2 cups broccoli, chopped
- 2 cups carrots, sliced
- 2 cups shredded rotisserie chicken
- 1/4 cup ranch dressing
- Salt & pepper, to taste
- 1/4 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- Olive oil
Directions
- Preheat oven to 400ºF.
- In a bowl, combine broccoli, carrots, a drizzle of olive oil, salt, pepper, onion powder, and garlic powder.
- On a sheet pan, add pierogies, broccoli, and carrots. Toss, spray or brush pierogies will oil before baking.
- Bake on 400º for 18 minutes.
- While that’s baking, mix together warmed, shredded chicken and ranch dressing.
- When the pierogies and vegetables are done, serve with the ranch chicken and enjoy.
