Ingredients
Ingredients:
- (16-ounce) package Mrs.T’s Mini Pierogies 4 Cheese Medley
- 1 small beet, boiled and skin removed
- 2 tablespoons sour cream
- ¼ cup heavy cream
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Pistachios
- Fresh basil
- Fresh parmesan
Directions
- Boil water
- Put beets in boiling water
- Peel and chop beets
- Blend beets, heavy cream, sour cream, lemon juice, salt and pepper, and onion powder
- Boil water
- Boil pierogies for three minutes
- Drain pierogies
- Add sauce to pierogies and mix
- Top with parmesan, chives, pistachios, and basil
